At Hikimilitariashop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tactical gear and apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all military-grade tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included, and clearly write your RMA number on the exterior of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
